Unless otherwise directed, we distribute hard copies of project specifications, bid proposals, and plan sheets through our office at 9933 West Roosevelt Road in Westchester, Illinois between the hours of 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM. In addition, we can ship plans at the requester's expense; for document requests made in this way, please fax a copy of the check to be mailed, a copy of your IDOT pre-qualification sheet (if required for the job), and request including the method of shipment requested to our office at (708) 865-1212.

The fee for bid documents varies from project to project, as does the last day that plans may be picked up before a bid opening.
